Clinic Fees & Policies

Fees:

• Initial Consultation: $150 per 60 minutes.(Initial visits are generally 60 minutes.)
• Follow-up Consultation: $75 per 30 minutes (follow-ups are generally 30 minutes)
• BioMeridian Analysis: $75 per test
  
• Weight Loss Program: $150 initial visit, $499 for 6 additional visits
  
• Additional Weight Loss Follow-ups: $75

Payment:

• Payment is due at the time of service. Dr. Ogilvie prefers check or cash but accepts all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Health Savings Accounts.
  

• There is a $25 returned check fee for each returned check..
  

Appointment Cancellation / Lateness:

• Ogilvie schedules one client at a time. If you arrive late you will still be charged for the full time allotted. Any cancellations within 24 hrs of the scheduled visit will be charged a flat fee of $35.
  

Insurance:

• Dr. Ogilvie does not take any insurance. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company and submit any claims. Many clients are able to be reimbursed or use funds in their Health Savings Accounts to pay for visits.
